Our team carefully selects information for the site, collaborating with community partners whenever possible. To ensure we provide quality information, our team continually refines and edits the content we share.

How is CareGuide funded?
CareGuide provides free information on long-term care for the general public. As a not-for-profit initiative of the Renewal Care Foundation, we do not accept paid advertisements. We also do not charge fees to the individuals and organizations whose information we share. This ensures we can provide information without commercial bias. To support CareGuide, users are welcome to make a tax-deductible donation.
How do I provide feedback on listings?
We welcome your feedback on CareGuide. To report an error, make a suggestion, or pay us a compliment, please contact us. If you own the information or images for a listing, we will remove the content at your request.

If you encounter problems viewing content, connecting with information providers, suggesting listings, logging into your account, or other technical issues please contact us. Our team will respond to your inquiry within two business days.
